Yoga Photo

Classes are:
Monday evenings from 7 - 8:15 PM and
Wednesday mornings from 10 - 11:15 AM
in the lower level of the educational wing.

These classes explore:

  • Traditional yoga postures for strength, flexibility and balance.
  • Movement from the inner body.
  • Energy awareness.
  • Meditation and breathing techniques.
  • Deep relaxation with guided imagery.

Participants report deep relaxation, increased body/mind awareness, more flexibility, reduced pain, better posture, increased concentration and the ability to breathe deeper

Class Information:

  • No previous experience necessary.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Bring a mat or blanket and a belt or tie.

Wanda Lyninger, Certified Yoga Instructor is the teacher.
