Holy Week & Easter are just around the corner, and we want to invite you and your family to come celebrate with us at First Baptist Church! There are many great opportunities to make this season something special that your whole family will enjoy. Our Holy Week & Easter schedule is listed below. Choose the events that best fit your family's schedule, and join us as we celebrate Christ's death and resurrection.

March 24

EGG-cited about Jesus family event: Join us from 1 to 3 p.m. for this family event. Activities include a photo booth, egg dyeing, games, snacks, crafts and more!

Palm Sunday | March 25

Palm processional: All children & youth (through grade 12) are invited to join us in the Celebration Center at 10:15 a.m. to grab a palm branch and process in to the sanctuary at the start of the 10:30 a.m. service.
Amazing Love cantata: Journey with us down the road to the cross, recalling the final hours of Christ's life & the joy of his resurrection! Presented during the Sunday morning worship service (10:30 a.m.) by the Sanctuary Choir with narration & instrumental ensemble. Details >>

Maundy Thursday | March 29

Service: Join us at 7 p.m. in the Celebration Center. Communion will be part of the service.

Good Friday | March 30

Dinner & service: Potluck dinner at 6 p.m. in the Celebration Center. Meat & beverages provided by the Board of Deacons; bring a potato dish, vegetable dish or dessert to share. Please RSVP for the dinner by contacting the church office. Service begins at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Mark Click (Regional Minister, American Baptist Churches of Ohio) bringing the message.

Easter Sunday | April 1

Sunrise service: He is risen! Celebrate with us at our 7 a.m. Sunrise Service in the Sanctuary, with the Rev. Alvin Lee bringing the message.
Sunday School: Join us at 9:15 a.m. for Sunday School; we offer classes for all ages!
Sunday morning worship: He is risen! Celebrate with us at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary.
