Madeline Tsai joined the First Baptist staff as Director of Music Ministries in 2019.

Madeline is a student at the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and studying for her Doctor of Music degree. She has also worked in Vienna with singers and churches, along with studying Sacred Music and Choir conducting at Westminster Choir College. Additionally, she has been awarded the Solti International Conducting Prize in Hungary.
